Are progressives aware that the politics of class warfare were used by the dictators of ages passed as well?

The "soak the rich" bait technique of the modern day progressive tyrant is not so different from that used in past eras:



Nazis = the wealthy conservative Jews own everything and are your enemy

Communists = capitalist and their "imperialistic exploitation" are the cause of human misery

French Reign of Terror = the rich and the "conservative establishment" are your oppressors

Iconoclasts = the "conservative establishment" and their symbols are bane of your existence

Fascists = the private industrialist's greed will cease with public (government) ownership of business

Islamofascist = the wealthy infidel countries of Europe, Israel, and America are your oppressive exploiters

European Reformers = the Church, its conservatives and their wealth are your oppressors (as they ushered the tyranny of anti-Catholic German Princes and their oppressive regimes that caused more poverty, ignorance, brutality, and warfare than the Church had ever caused them)

Mao = the wealthy establishment is the enemy of the people (millions mass murdered and set to gulag-style "reeducation camps")

The Confederate States - the wealthy, industrialized, conservative North will oppress and enslave you whites (just like the democrat leaders there were allowing plantation owners to do to blacks, ironically)



The progressives of today are little different. They prey upon the historic ignorance, indoctrinated zombiism, and the apathetic entitlement-mentality of the modern fool just like their counterparts had in days gone by.Are progressives aware that the politics of class warfare were used by the dictators of ages passed as well?
Not consciously, but then again leftists are all fighting with themselves to be the last one shot by the state. But not consciously. They think they are creating paradise on earth.
Class Warfare is one of the TOP TOOLS of Republicans.



Republicans are actively engaged in Class Warfare.



So far, Republicans are winning - as the gap between Rich and Poor has widened to it's biggest gap since 1920.

No they are not. They are not taught history in the public school system by the

National Teachers unions which are verging upon pure socialist damn near

communist in thinking, They rewrite History and shape history towards the

Progressive Ideology. And then we wonder how assholes like Obama and his

ilk get a foot hold. Not hard huh when your working with a stacked deck.
Good point. Thanks for pointing out the connection between the policies of the Republican party (enriching the few at the expense of the many - just look at the last lame duck session of congress for proof) and other historic class warfare systems of government
They are very aware....they have studied what others have done to gain power.



The difference is, I don't think they mean to oppress people while achieving their power. It's an unintended consequence of Utopia in their eyes.
They wish to become dictators themselves.
