Is this how the civil war went?

Linclon was elected president and then one day decided to free all the slaves. Then a bunch of meanies said, "Hell No! Come and take'em!". Then the union soldiers(who adored black folk) stormed down south, wiped out the plantation owners and then the black people raised the union soldiers up on their shoulders as heroes and now everybody in the north can feel proud because they freed the black people from the evil people? Is this how the civil war went?
According to the gospel of the democrats that were killing the northern troops to try and keep their slaves
That's essentially the way it's taught in schools.

In reality, that's not how it went at all. The Emancipation Proclamation wasn't an issue until 2 years into the war. It was a strategy the North used to discredit the South's cause and prevent Britain or France (who would've both jumped at the chance to help defeat the US) from allying with the Confederacy. Is this how the civil war went?
No, that is not how it went at all.

Still you cannot deny the fact the end result was the fighting of freeing millions from white supremacist slavery, bondage, and abuse.

This happened only for those freed people to be terrorized and murdered by Southerners in white sheets. So I fail to see your point.
Close enough, compared to the "War of Northern Aggression" yarn they keep spinning down South of the Mason Dixon.
