Why don't you support welfare distributions for descendents of black American slaves?

This compensation would be a wealth redistribution that is necessary to rebalance the Lack of Equal Opportunity that existed for black people between the years of 1700 and 1970.

This Government program should only be available to those African Americans who can prove their lineage goes back to slavery and the rationale is very simple.

Unlike other immigrants who come to America on merit or through customs, they had an inherent level of overseas education before they came to this country.

African Americans who obtained citizenship through the 14th Amendment of US Constitution, on the other hand, were deprived of multiple generations of education when they were forced to work as slaves on plantations.

Some of you may then argue that since no black people are under slavery nor segregation any longer, that there is no need for special monetary programs for black people. That equal opportunity starts at birth.

The PROBLEM with this notion is it contradicts the US Policy that allows deceased to transfer their wealth to the next Generation down... without incurring a 100% Inheritance Tax...in fact measures have been proposed to completely eliminate the inheritance tax. The conclusion from this is that we agree we are a "FAMILY SOCIETY" and not an "Individual Society"

So if this is true, that's okay, but we can't have our cake and eat it too. This THEN means that the treatment of African Americans in past generations that were part of the FAMILY LINES of today's blacks has a direct affect on Equal Opportunity of their success because of their deprived education and cycle of Poverty that has emerged from that.

Also African American studies can show that while African Americans in the South remained segregated 100 years after Emancipation, and up North they had integrated schooling, the results show that African Americans up north were academically more successful than in the South....

and now over the past 40-50 years, the African American education in the South is finally catching up to schools in DC like Shaw Howard University (the African American equivalent of Harvard)

But there is still just cause for economic affirmative action.... first of all current Affirmative Action should not be on Skin Color, it should be on family history.... and that should be changed to reflect WHY Affirmative Action is necessary.

It never should have been about skin color, but about family history, which would have resulted anyhow in African Americans getting the most Affirmative Action because of their history of slavery and segregation. Why don't you support welfare distributions for descendents of black American slaves?
1970? The fact that you think that African Americans did not have equal opportunity for decades prior to 1970 makes the rest of your rant meaningless.

Simply giving people free stuff has proven not to be an effective means of lifting people out of poverty.

The other interesting fact that you are omitting is that most slaves were not brought to this continent by the USA but rather by citizens of other nations. The USA is the nation that set them free.
I am opposed to redistribution of wealth schemes, including this one, which is probably the dumbest and most racist of them all. You are telling us you think blacks are inferior. I disagree. Why don't you support welfare distributions for descendents of black American slaves?
So you actually desire to institute a gimme economy!

I don't think so.
I support the distribution of my foot into your behind.
Find me a black person who was a slave in America and I'll think it over.
Any day we all going to be slaves of NWO
Give me a break! Now I've heard it all! In ten years we will have all the illegals wanting something from the government, or better still the money I give the government, for profiling them when they were in elementary school or some stupid comment that we supposedly said about them. Go work and you distribute your money to everyone you see fit, leave mine alone. I work hard enough as it is to support the illegals now................GIVE ME A BREAK!
When somebody is willing to acknowledge that this is tantamount to "reparations" then I might be more supportive. How much is enough, and what is the marker for the finish line? Or is the idea to perpetually syphon money from producers to non-producers through coercive government?

It's a little complicated ya see.
Your question is needlessly long-winded, so I didn't read most of it. You said all you needed to say in the first line.

The descendants of slaves are not entitled to compensation, because they are DESCENDANTS. The actual slaves, who were directly wronged were entitled to pay-back.

No current Afro-American American citizen has ever been a slave. Yes, there is injustice in America. This does not mean you are entitled to "cash in" on your Great-Grampy's misfortune.

Stop feeling victimized by things that happened a century and a half back and live your life now, today. Trolling for dollars is a waste of time.
And for the descendants of white American slaves? No? Then for no one! Besides, look at how long they have been receiving welfare, special opportunities and special privileges. Has it done anything to help them? I think not. But let's keep throwing money and victim status at them anyway.

I wouldn't like to see America become a mostly Hispanic country, but there would be one benefit: they'd tell blacks and their coddlers to shove it!
Yet another brilliant and Intelligent question brought to you by the person who ask such things as;

"Isn't it true starving poor people on welfare are smarter than Dolphins?"

"Why won't Neocons support Nancy Pelosi?"

"Is it illegal to rob a bank to feed poor people on welfare?

"Why can't USA Govt tax electricity when rich people use it, to fund more welfare for poor folks?"

"Why can't all Americans get free Govt Food Stamps?"

"Why is bestiality so severely criminalized in Canada?"

"Do British for the most part agree the Nazi holocaust wasn't a hoax?"

"Can't we elect more Liberals so we can take America in a more Liberal direction?"

"If America is a republic, why are their Kingdom's in America?"

"In America, why don't I have freedom to receive redistributions of wealth from the rich?"

"Why don't Canadians accept that USA invented Democracy/freedom for all the world?"

"Why can't the Lawyer's Guild and ACLU build a Church for Occupy Wall Streeters?"

"Would Americans support my idea for a Soviet Socialism for ALL US?"

"In USA, y isn't it a Felony crime to talk badly about President Obama?"

"Why don't you support welfare distributions for descendents of black American slaves?"

Seriously, just ignore this TROLL.

-And yes, I'm trying to get some best answers off this guy.
Because our goal should be to ensure that black Americans have equal opportunity and equal access NOW, not trying to make up for something our ancestors did to their ancestors. We paid reparations to Japanese Americans through 2002 for sending them and their parents to internment camps. I think we should have saved our money and supported an apology and a sincere commitment to never supporting such a practice in the future.
